Yesterday, I have purchased refrigerator from Radio Mundial, Vadem Vasco-Da-Gama, Goa. In emergency, showroom representative informed that they will send new Box piece refrigerator, but they have delivered display piece, which is got scratches on it. I have paid Rs. 4,000/- in cash and remaining balance is through EMI card. Total bill amount is Rs. 15,500/- and EMI will be Rs. 1,438 for 08 months. But I have received message after three hours saying that EMI will be Rs. 1,438 for 12 months.
Today, I have discussed with in-charge of the showroom, they informed that, we are delivered lot of display pieces to customers nobody is given compliant and payment issue is like that only we cannot do anything. It looks like that, for Rs. 14,500 item I have paid Rs. 17, 250/-.
Radio Mundial is really worst place to shop, be careful while purchasing any items from Radio Mundial Vasco they are cheaters. Non Goans to be more careful. It’s better to purchase through Online as they will give within 7 days’ return option.
